Account and data

You can leave with your data handled clearly.

Export what you need, understand what happens to your number, and delete the account from the app.

Before deleting

  • Export your message history from Settings if you want to keep a copy.
  • Transfer your Harbor number to another carrier if you want to keep control of it.
  • Cancel the Apple subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings.
Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage billing separately through Apple.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Number Harbor.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Review the warning, enter the confirmation text, and submit.

If you cannot access the app

Use the Number Harbor support form and choose “Privacy or data request.” Submit the request from the email address associated with your account when possible. We may request reasonable verification before processing the request.

What deletion covers

Account data and user-owned records are deleted or de-identified subject to legal, fraud-prevention, operational, backup, and carrier obligations. Message and media deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.
