Privacy Policy
Plain information about the data required to keep your Harbor number working.
Effective and last updated: July 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JuJu LLC, operating the Number Harbor service (“Number Harbor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information through the Number Harbor mobile application, website, and related support services.
1. Information we collect
Account information
Email address, authentication identifiers, optional name, account settings, and records needed to provide support.
Phone number and transfer information
Your Harbor number, current carrier, carrier account number, carrier PIN when required, authorized account name, service address, Letter of Authorization consent, transfer status, Twilio identifiers, and transfer-support records.
Messages and communications
SMS content, sender and recipient numbers, timestamps, delivery status, message categories, read/archive status, blocked senders, reports, and replies for eligible plans. Message content may be sensitive. Choose a retention setting appropriate for you.
Subscription and usage information
Plan, entitlement status, renewal and cancellation status, monthly message counts, usage warnings, and purchase identifiers supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your complete payment-card number from Apple.
Device and technical information
Push notification tokens, device platform, app diagnostics, security logs, IP address and request metadata processed by our infrastructure, and information reasonably necessary to prevent abuse.
Website and support information
Information you include in emails or support requests and ordinary web-server security information. We do not use the public website for behavioral advertising.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and provide the service.
- Submit, track, pause, reactivate, transfer, and release Harbor numbers.
- Receive, store, display, search, notify, and, for eligible plans, send messages.
- Administer subscriptions, message limits, fair use, fraud prevention, and security.
- Respond to support, privacy, transfer-out, deletion, and legal requests.
- Maintain, diagnose, and improve service reliability.
- Comply with carrier, legal, tax, accounting, safety, and regulatory obligations.
3. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. We disclose information as needed to service providers and authorities, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database, storage, realtime, and server functions.
- Twilio and telecommunications carriers for number transfers, SMS, replies, delivery status, pause, release, and carrier compliance.
- Apple and RevenueCat for subscriptions, entitlements, billing status, and purchase restoration.
- Expo for push notification delivery.
- Cloudflare for domain, website hosting, DNS, security, and request delivery.
- Google Workspace for customer-support and privacy email.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, claims, corporate transactions, or protection of rights.
We require service providers to protect information consistent with their role and applicable obligations.
4. Retention and deletion
Message history follows the retention setting selected in the app, subject to operational processing and backup cycles. Account, transfer, support, fraud-prevention, billing, and legal records may be retained as reasonably necessary for the service and applicable obligations.
After cancellation, service continues through the paid period. The Harbor number is protected for 30 additional days, then released unless an active transfer-out request requires a safety hold. Releasing a number does not delete existing message history; history remains governed by the selected retention setting.
You may export or delete account data through the app or contact us. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or be retained when required for legal, security, billing, dispute, or carrier purposes.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or limit certain processing of personal information. You may exercise available controls in the app or use the Number Harbor support form and choose “Privacy or data request.” We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may appeal a denied privacy request by replying to our decision.
Number Harbor does not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising, so there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out required for our current practices.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted network connections, row-level database security, server-side credentials, and authenticated operations. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and device, and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.
7. International processing
Number Harbor is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
8. Age limitation
Number Harbor is intended only for people age 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide the service to children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
10. Contact
For privacy, deletion, export, correction, or account questions, use the Number Harbor support form and choose “Privacy or data request.”
